Our Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse (Certified Respiratory Educators) are here to help you improve your COPD or Asthma. From diagnosis using spirometry (breathing test) to treatment, follow-up and education about prevention and self-management.
Lung Health Clinics are offered every Wednesday morning.
To access this service, you must be enrolled with a Hanover Family Physician and can request an appointment through your physician or simply self-refer by calling 519-506-4348 to book an appointment.
