Prenatal Classes

Our Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian/Lactation Consultant and Kinesiologist are here to help educate expecting parents about pregnancy labour and birth, breastfeeding, basic baby care and adjusting to parenthood.

Classes are offered regularly every 3rd month on Thursday evenings for 5 weeks from 7PM-9PM. Classes are offered virtually only at this time.
