At MINT Memory Clinic, you and your family are supported by a multispecialty, interprofessional team (family doctors, nurse, social worker, pharmacist and others) that is specially trained in caring for people living with memory difficulties and dementia.

To access this service, you must be enrolled with a Hanover Family Physician and can request an appointment through your physician or simply self-refer by calling 519-506-4348 to book an appointment.
