3-Year-Old Well Child Clinic

This is a check-up appointment for your 3-year-old child. At this appointment you and your child will meet with our Occupational Therapist, Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse, and Nurse Practitioner to ensure your child is ready for the start of school. Our team will provide a height, weight, and vision check, discuss nutrition, sleep, and toileting, as well as can update your child’s vaccinations if needed.  This is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
